"My husband and I experienced a building fire in March that devastated us because of all we lost, including some pets. We were terrified of the claims process because we had no experience in that area and had heard horror stories. I have to say, that from start to finish (and we still have 2 years to claim things we forgot), it has been almost a joy compared to what we feared. Every single person we’ve spoken to, or interacted with has been helpful and so kind. They expressed sympathy for what we went through and continue to offer any support or help we need. I will sing State Farm’s praises to whoever will listen. They sure have done right by us. A Blessing amongst a tragedy."
