Alyssa is our account manager. She joined the agency to make a personal impact in helping individuals in our community to protect their families, assets, and liabilities. Alyssa grew in Carterville, IL and currently resides in Carbondale. A fun fact about Alyssa is that she's been active for as long as she can remember. She loves to take care of her family and enjoying the community she lives in.

Brianna Rodely
Assistant Office Manager
Brianna is our assistant office manager. She decided to get into the industry after a conversation with a family member. The conversation sparked her interest, and she is so glad she took the jump to join our team! She is originally from Washington State, but has resided in Murphysboro, IL for most of her life. A fun fact about Bri is that she has an identical twin.

Heather Miranti
Office Manager
Heather is the head office manager for the agency. She has been with Cristina the longest. Heather was offered the opportunity to join our team by a former colleague, who then turned good friend. She grew up in Carterville, IL and is still there to this day. A fun fact about Heather is that she attended the Teen Choice Awards in California in 2021.
